Members of all three participating institutions met today to discuss updates and actions plans for the PDHC.
Some highlights:
· The PMH’s exhibit on African American history in early Pasadena is a success!
· The NEH is experiencing cut backs in funding, but we are still hopeful that our grant proposal will be approved (even if partially).
· Sid Gally at the Pasadena Star-News will continue accepting photograph suggestion from the PDHC to be part of his picture column.
· Plans are in motion for Preservation Week (April) – more TBA!
· The Metadata Team will be brainstorming about a schema for oral histories (video and audio).
· The next online exhibit will likely focus on Education and be led by PCC; it will be part of the City of Pasadena’s 125th Anniversary Celebration.
